Please complete this form to apply for SPAC membership for the 2020-21 season (Oct. 1, 2020 through Sept. 30, 2021).
Although you can take out a membership at any time, your application must be submitted by December 31, 2020 to be eligible to enter the 2021 SPAC Spring Show. You must also be a member in good standing to attend any kind of SPAC workshop or participate in member-only SPAC programming.
If you prefer, instead of filling out this form online, you can download, print and mail-in an application form. To do so, please click on the Home menu item above and look for the printable form in the right sidebar.
As our mission is dedicated to offering promotion, support, education, marketing and social events to our members, by choosing to become a member and participating in SPAC-sponsored activities, you are consenting to SPAC'S inclusion of your personal information in the membership roster, and to having images of your artwork or yourself published in SPAC's newsletter, on SPAC's website, and in other members-only and public communications.
Although your position regarding these policies will be recorded along with your membership application, due to the number of SPAC members and number of events, we ask that members make it known to any photographer at the beginning of an event/activity that they do not wish to have an image taken of their work or themselves.
Please be patient and do not click on the Submit button more than once. Once your application (and payment, if applicable) has been accepted, SPAC will send you an emailed receipt. If this does not arrive within a couple of minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
If there is a problem with your payment (if applicable), please go to the problem reporting page (under About) on the SPAC website to inform us of the issue.
E-transfers are not processed by this form or our system: you must separately log into your bank account and send your e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours to avoid problems processing your application. Important: the e-transfer email address has changed from last year. You will need to enter the address in full, perhaps editing your existing address in your bank e-transfer contact list. If you get prompted to enter a password, you are using the wrong address. If your bank insists on one, even with the correct address, use "spacmem21" as a password. You do not need to send us the password.
Please enter the words "Membership Fee" in the comment field of the e-transfer, as well as your name if allowed.
