  • Use this form to submit artwork for the main gallery of the 2020 SPAC Spring Show. There is a separate form for submissions to the gift shop.THIS FORM CAN ONLY BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ONLINE PAYMENTS (credit card, debit card, PayPal or e-transfer). If you wish to pay by cheque, please return to the artist web page and download the PDF form.Once you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation by email. Print the email and bring that confirmation with you when you drop off your artwork. Once submitted, you will also be asked to pay the main gallery submission fee immediately using your credit card, VISA debit card, PayPal account or e-transfer.Please read the Show Standards guide before completing this form.

  • I have read the conditions of entry and agree to accept all responsibility for any costs arising from complaints regarding defects or originality of my work. I am responsible to carry my own insurance for theft or damage if I require it. I have read and understand SPAC standards for framing/presentation of artwork.
  • In consideration of my submission of artwork to the Saanich Peninsula Arts & Crafts Society ("SPAC") Spring Show, I hereby authorize SPAC to use photographs and/or video footage of my artwork for the promotion of SPAC activities.

  • Main Gallery Artwork Details

  • Below, mark the categories into which your artwork falls. Note that all items that need to be mounted on the walls must be included in the Painting/Wall-mounted Art section.

  • Enter your artwork details below. Click the "+" symbol to add more items. Please follow these guidelines:

    Item #: Please enter the row number, which will also be used to identify the item(s) on the label you will be attaching. (For the first row enter "1", for the second row enter "2", and so on.)
    Title and Medium: Please keep brief.
    Price: Paintings minimum $200 (miniatures $150). Other 3D art minimum $75. Do not enter the "$" symbol.

  • List a maximum of 15 items of pottery, sculpture, jewelry, or other fine crafts that will not be wall-mounted. Continue line numbering from the wall-hanging art section above, if applicable.

    Note: once you click on the Submit button below, you will no longer be able to change any part of your submission. Please verify that all information is correct before proceeding by clicking on the Previous button at the bottom to review previous form pages.

  • How do you wish to pay your submission fee for the main gallery?

  • When you click on the Submit button below, there will be a pause and then you will be taken to a payment processing page hosted by our partner PayPal. There you will be able to pay by credit card or VISA debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to do so--just click on the "Pay by Credit or Visa Debit Card" button towards the bottom of the screen.
  • When you click on the Submit button below, there will be a pause and then you will be taken to a payment processing page hosted by our partner PayPal. There you will be able to pay by entering your PayPal account details.
  • Once your PayPal/credit card transaction is complete, you will be sent a receipt from PayPal (or you can print it). This is NOT the confirmation page referred to elsewhere.

    IMPORTANT: if you close the PayPal payment page before completing your transaction, your payment will not be processed and you will not receive an emailed receipt from PayPal. If this happens, please contact the show's Chair at showchair@spacsociety.com to make alternate payment arrangements.

  • E-transfers are not processed by this form or our system: you must separately log into your bank account online and send your e-transfer to spactreasurer@outlook.com within 48 hours to avoid problems processing your submission. Please include "Show Gallery Fee" in the comment field and your name if the email address used to send the e-transfer is not the same as the one entered into this form.

    The absolute deadline is March 15, 2020 after which your submission will be rejected.

  • Do not click on the Submit button more than once.

    When you hit Submit, you will be sent a confirmation email from the SPAC Show Committee. If it does not appear within a couple of minutes, please check your spam folder. You must print this confirmation and bring it with you if when you drop off and pick up your artwork. Note:>/b> this confirmation is separate from the PayPal/credit card receipt that will also be emailed separately if you pay using those methods.
