Please only use this form to submit artwork for the 2021 SPAC Spring Show gift shop. There is a separate form to make a submission to the main gallery which should be completed before this one if you are submitting artwork to both the main gallery and gift shop.
This form can only be used in conjunction with online payments (credit card, debit card, PayPal or e-transfer). If you wish to pay by cheque, please return to the artist web page and download the PDF form which you will need to print, fill in by hand, and mail in with your cheque.
You must have your credit card or account details ready before you begin. E-transfer payments are expected within 24 hours or the submission may be rejected.
Once the form is finally submitted, you will be immediately asked to pay the submission fee using your credit card, VISA debit card, PayPal account or e-transfer.
At the end of the entire process, you will be presented with a brief summary of the artwork information you entered into the form. You must use the Print button on the page to print this summary. You must bring this summary with you when you drop off your work during the art intake period. You will also receive an emailed summary of the form which you can alternately print and bring with you.
You may use the Save and Continue Later feature to save everything you entered to that point: you will be sent an email with a link. To return to the form at a later time for completion, you must click on the link provided in the email.
Right, with that all out of the way, let's get going! Click on the Next button below to proceed to the next page of the form (or click on Previous to return to an earlier page.). Note: once you click on the Submit button at the end, you will be taken to a payment page hosted by PayPal and will not be able to return to the form to make changes. You will be given a chance to review your form before submitting it
Please tell us about the artwork you will be submitting for the gift shop. Please follow the guidelines below for filling out this table using one line per item or group of identically named and priced items.
When you click on the Review Form button below you will be presented with a summary of the information you entered into the form. Please confirm that it is correct before proceeding. If you need to correct anything, please use the Previous button to return to any page.
If you are satisfied with the reviewed information, click instead on the Submit button to send us your form and proceed with payment.
IMPORTANT: if you close the PayPal payment page before completing your transaction, your payment will not be processed and you will not receive an emailed receipt from PayPal. If this happens, please contact the show's Chair at showchair@spacsociety.com to make alternate payment arrangements. SPAC is not responsible for any delay in processing your submission or inadmissibility resulting from this user error.
Before clicking on Submit, you must first take note of the Submission ID number listed on your review page.
To pay be e-transfer you must separately log into your bank account online and send your e-transfer to spactreasurer@outlook.com within 24 hours to avoid problems processing your submission. Include "Show Gift Shop Fee" in the comment field as well as the Submission ID number.
Please do not click on the Submit button more than once. Please be patient.
When you hit Submit, you will be sent a confirmation email from the SPAC Show Committee. Tip: You may print this confirmation and bring it with you when you drop off and pick up your artwork if you don't print the Review page. Note: this confirmation email is separate from the PayPal/credit card receipt that will also be emailed separately if you pay using those methods.
