I have been drawing and painting since I was small, but a career in music education took me away from my art for quite awhile. Since retirement in 2011 I have rediscovered my love of creating art.

My main focus is watercolour , watercolour and ink, and recently I have been doing some acrylic painting. I love variety but I do especially love to paint houses and buildings. I will paint anything that grabs my interest as well and fortunately Vancouver Island is not short on lovely landscapes, architecture and much wonderful subject matter to keep me busy.

I am not prolific as my music still keeps me busy but I get into my studio as much as I can!
