Sarah started painting at 14 using acrylic paints. She moved to the island in 2013 and slowly started to share her artwork with others. She had her first solo art exhibit in 2023, selling 13 paintings.

Sarah is part of a couple local art groups and enters paintings whenever she can. She attends workshops to get motivation and meet other artists.

Sarah has struggled with health issues her whole life and was recently diagnosed with ME/CFS and fibromialgia. She had to leave her job and go on disability. Being able to paint in her home when having better days has been very therapeutic and helpful financially.
