Artist Bio – Reha Sakar

Reha was born in Istanbul and moved to Canada in 2008. He has been painting since he was very young. He holds a bachelor degree in Astronomy, but he has been working in the gaming and movie industry since 2003. He is known for his expressive watercolors and is a Senior Member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. Currently he is working in Marvel’s Spidey and His Amazing Friends as a matte painter.

Class Description

Learn how to capture atmosphere, light and mood in your paintings. In this inspiring workshop, Reha will guide you through impressionist techniques to create paintings that draw the view and tell a compelling story. You will practice how to focus on the light more than the subject matter. Perfect for artists that are ready to add mood, depth and drama to their work.
